These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the
website www.annabeljewels.com and your purchase of goods from Annabels Fine
Jewellery (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our site and/or placing an order, you
agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope & Application
• These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who use our website or
purchase products.
• If you place an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into
binding contracts.
• These Terms apply in addition to – but in no way replace – any rights you may have
under applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law.

3. How We Collect Your Personal Data
• All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the
right to accept or decline any order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing
error, payment issues).
• A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch
confirmation (or other notice) that your order has been accepted and is being
prepared for shipment.

4. Prices & Payment
• Product prices are clearly indicated on the site and include any applicable taxes or
charges, unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments via designated secure third-party payment processors.
Payment must successfully clear before we dispatch any order.
• You warrant that all billing information you provide is correct and complete.

5. Product Information, Availability & Descriptions
• We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are

accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-
free.

• We may correct errors (e.g., pricing, description mistakes) even after receiving your
order, before dispatching. In such cases we will contact you to either confirm the
correct price or cancel the order.
• All products remain our property until full payment has been received and, where
applicable, delivered or collected by you.

6. Delivery, Shipping, Risk & Title
• We currently offer delivery only within Nigeria. Delivery costs, timeframes, and
logistics details will be provided at checkout.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable
for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect address or recipient
unavailability.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery (or when you or a third-party
you designate accepts delivery).

7. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
• Due to the nature of jewellery, bespoke/custom items: returns or cancellations are
not permitted, but returns for store credit are allowed within 30 days.
• Other items: returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery if the item
is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of
purchase.
• We kindly note that moissanite and sterling silver pieces are not eligible for return or
exchange, due to the delicate nature of these materials and in the interest of
maintaining the highest quality standards for all our clients.
• If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please notify us within the
stated timeframe, provide supporting evidence (photos, description), and return the
item following our instructions. Upon validation, we will offer repair, replacement,
refund, or an appropriate resolution

8. Warranty, Quality & Defects
• We warrant that items sold are as described at the time of sale. If within 3-months
you discover a manufacturing defect, you may contact us for remedy.
• This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, normal wear
and tear, alteration, improper care, or unauthorized repair.

9. User Accounts & Acceptable Use
• If you create a user account, you must provide accurate information and keep your
login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You agree not to misuse the site, including:
o Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
o Attempting to access other users’ accounts without permission.
o Uploading harmful or malicious content.
o Interfering with the site’s operation or security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of misuse.

10. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
• All content on the website – including text, images, logos, and designs is our (or our

licensors’) intellectual property. You may view, print, or download for personal, non-
commercial use only.

• You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, or exploit any part of the site’s

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the
website or purchase of goods (including loss of profits, lost data, or unauthorized
third-party access).
• Our liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price you paid for the
relevant goods.

12. Governing Law, Disputes & Jurisdiction
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
• Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the site shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Nigeria.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on
the website, and the “Effective Date” will be updated. Continued use of the site
after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
